Our Team
At Sporting Sensations, we are more than just coaches — we are educators, motivators, and role models. Our passionate team is driven by a love for sport and a belief that every child deserves the chance to grow in confidence, character, and ability. Through inclusive, high-energy sessions, we inspire young people to enjoy being active, believe in themselves, and carry positive values far beyond the playground.

Chris Pile
Founder & Managing Director
With over 15 years’ coaching experience, I’ve always been passionate about using sport to create inclusive, supportive environments where children can build confidence, develop skills, and grow socially and emotionally - skills that go far beyond sport and into everyday life.
I created Sporting Sensations in 2018 to bring this vision to life and give every child the opportunity to thrive through positive, engaging sport.

Luke Seviour

Luke brings a calm, nurturing approach that strongly reflects the values of Sporting Sensations, helping create inclusive environments where children feel safe, supported, and confident to grow.

Will Hunter

He spent many years working within a local leisure centre, delivering programmes including swimming, before progressing into management and team leadership roles.
Will later moved into the sports sector for a neighbouring local authority, delivering community sport and activity programmes similar to our own. His combination of delivery and leadership experience makes him a great addition to the team.

Jack Kelsey

Key Collaborations
We are proud to work in partnership with a range of primary schools, organisations and community providers who share our commitment to inclusive, high-quality provision for children. These trusted partnerships allow us to deliver consistent, meaningful programmes that support physical, social, and emotional development, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Bath Recreation
We work closely with Bath Rec Limited to support the delivery of key community projects across Bath, including the BUDS programme and the Glasshouse Academy. Through this partnership, we help provide inclusive, high-quality sport and development opportunities that positively impact young people and support wider community engagement.

Bath College Sport
We are proud to work in partnership with Bath College Sport, sharing a commitment to developing young people through opportunity, inclusion, and real-world experience. Together, we provide regular work experience placements throughout students’ courses, helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and leave their course more employable and ready for the world of work.

Ninja Squirrells
We’re proud to work closely with Finn (Ninja Squirrels), a specialist provider of forest school and outdoor learning experiences, to bring nature-based play and skill development into our partner schools. Finn's knowledge and experience in forest school allows him to deliver engaging, hands-on outdoor sessions that help children build confidence, resilience, teamwork, and a love for the natural world.
This partnership allows Sporting Sensations to broaden our delivery and offer enriching outdoor education that compliments our inclusive sport and mentoring programmes.

B&NES Council
We are proud to work closely with B&NES Council. Through this partnership, we support the successful delivery of the Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme in Bath and North East Somerset, helping provide sport, games, enrichment activities, and free meals to children during school holidays. Together, we make sure children have fun, stay active, and benefit from inclusive holiday provision that promotes wellbeing and confidence.
