Our Team

At Sporting Sensations, we’re more than coaches — we’re educators, motivators, and role models. Our passionate team is driven by a love for sport and a belief that every child deserves the chance to grow in confidence, character, and ability. Through inclusive, high-energy sessions, we inspire young people to enjoy being active, believe in themselves, and carry positive values far beyond the playground.

Chris Pile

Founder & Managing Director

With over 15 years’ coaching experience, I’ve always been passionate about using sport to create inclusive, supportive environments where children can build confidence, develop skills, and grow socially and emotionally - skills that go far beyond sport and into everyday life.

I created Sporting Sensations in 2018 to bring this vision to life and give every child the opportunity to thrive through positive, engaging sport.

Luke Seviour

Lead Sports & Development Educator

Luke has been part of the Sporting Sensations journey since 2020, delivering school provision and supporting our holiday clubs. After taking two years away to gain further full-time experience elsewhere, he returned to the team in 2025/26 in a senior role.

Luke brings a calm, nurturing approach that strongly reflects the values of Sporting Sensations, helping create inclusive environments where children feel safe, supported, and confident to grow.

After gaining full-time experience elsewhere, Alfie rejoined the team during the 2024/25 academic year and now works full time in one of our partner schools. His ability to build positive relationships has made him a strong role model for many pupils.

After completing his A-levels, Ollie joined the team full time at the start of the 2025/26 academic year. He brings great energy to every session and is committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments where children feel confident, valued, and excited to take part.

Jack Kelsey

Jack joined Sporting Sensations in the early part of the 2025/26 academic year after completing his university studies. With a strong background in sports coaching and rehabilitation, he brings a thoughtful, supportive approach to his work with children.

Jack plays a key role in delivering our mentoring programmes, using his experience to help children build confidence, resilience, and emotional awareness. His calm manner and strong relationships make him a valuable member of the Sporting Sensations team.

Sam Eyles
